Frequently Asked Questions
For towns on our regular routes, we typically deliver within 24 to 48 hours. For emergencies, call our 24/7 line and we can usually deliver the same day. During peak season we recommend booking a few days ahead to guarantee your date.
Weekly service is standard on every rental and includes pumping, full cleaning, and restocking of toilet paper and sanitizer. High-traffic sites and large crews can schedule service two or more times per week. You never have to request it; it is on our route automatically.
We serve Eastern Oregon and the Washington Tri-Cities, including Boardman, Hermiston, Pendleton, Umatilla, Irrigon, Stanfield, Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland. If your town is not listed, call us. We often serve sites beyond our listed route.
A general rule is one unit per 50 to 75 guests for a 4-hour event, or one unit per 10 workers on a job site per standard guidelines. Tell us your numbers and we will size it exactly, including ADA and handwash requirements.
